I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Are you lacking spiritual growth and guidance, carrying unnecessary burdens on your shoulders? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. I specialize in women and young ladies who are looking to make positive changes in their lives in all areas; but work with everyone!
As a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach (IIN) and R-HYT Holy Yoga Instructor, I have created a 6 month program that addresses all aspects of life; that we then tweak and customize for YOU.
